MSA Shoes - FAQ
# 1 - HAS MY ORDER BEEN PROCESSED?
First of all, thank you for your purchase! To check if your order has been processed, we invite you to log into your personal account using your email address and your password. You will then go to the "My Orders" tab where you can see a history of the orders you have placed. You can check the last order made there as well. Additionally, for any order placed, a confirmation email is sent to the email address provided when you registered. Be sure to check your spam folder.
# 2 - HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Payment can be made:
- by credit card (visa, mastercard, maestro and american express)
- via Paypal
- by having
The MSA Shoes e-shop does not allow multiple payments.
# 3 - IS PAYMENT SECURE?
Payment at msashoes.com is secure: all transactions are protected by SSL.
# 4 - MY PAYMENT ISN'T GOING THROUGH. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your payment does not go through, verify that your card number and/or expiration date are correct. Check with your bank to make sure they haven't blocked payment. For security reasons, our customer service does not have access to your bank details but remains at your disposal to guide you: email@example.com
# 5 - HOW TO USE A REDUCTION CODE OR COUPON?
To apply your credit, simply enter the corresponding code in the "Vouchers" field in your shopping cart when you are checking out.
# 6 - WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once your order has been placed, we immediately launch the production of your pair of shoes in our atelier. Our shoes are entirely handmade in the traditional way, which requires a minimum of one week as the manufacturing time of your order must be taken into account. Afterward there are the transport and delivery times. You will receive your order within a maximum of 15 days from the day you place your order.
# 7 - HOW TO TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Our packages are shipped via DHL. Each parcel sent is given a tracking number that will be sent to you and will allow you to follow the progress of your package via the following link: http://www.dhl.fr/en/express/tracking.html
# 8 - WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping is complimentary in the European Union. We do not deliver outside the European Union at the moment.
# 9 - WHAT DO I DO IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN THE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED?
If you are not present at the time of delivery, DHL will leave a notice indicating the address of the nearest DHL drop-off point where you can collect your parcel. # 10 - HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
Legally, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return your purchases if they are not suitable.
Please place each item in its original packaging. The items returned must be impeccable, show no trace of wear and tear, they cannot have been worn, even once.
We do not do a standard exchange. For a new size, another model or another color, simply re-order on the e-shop.
To return your order, we invite you first to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org in which you provide us with your order number and the reason for your return. The return shipping is at your expense. We kindly suggest you return your package via our partner DHL in order to avoid any mishaps. We request that you keep us informed of the departure date of the package and its tracking number. Upon reception of the parcel we will confirm the condition of the goods and if necessary issue a usable credit on our site.
# 11 - HOW DO I FIND MY SIZE?
You can consult our sizing guide available on each product sheet. Our sizes are in size FR.
